Realm mod: Naval test

We just did a couple of tests, and naval works a lot better than it used to. Still some work to do though. If people want to give it a go, then feel free to grab the most recent version off the github (instructions here. Look for the naval balance branch).

The link in your post you linked there doesn't work anymore, you may want to go back and fix that (if you can, anyway)

Of course it doesn't work. That link is to the "land-balance" branch, which no longer exists. Hence why I tired to direct you to the naval balance branch.
