Fan and Community Art: Official Thread

I know my drawings are really average, but decided to post them anyway.
I did these back when PA just got out of Alpha, but never got around to posting them.
(Had to take photos because the scanned copies were barely visible)

The last one looks like a really badass air fabber.

Already posted this in my thread on cliffs, but I figured it would fit in here as well.
Trying to create cliffs in PA:

Wow that's awesome! However, at first glance, i thought these were mountain chains. I suggest that the base of the cliff makes an angle closer to 90°, especially on the first pic.


Wait a minute, that looks like to be made ingame and is not an edited picture. HOW DID YOU DO THAT.

The one flaw I see is that it isn't obvious that it is a cliff from the straight vertical point of view. from an angle it is pretty easy to see the two separate layers of land. The camera angle isn't always set to the fancy regular RTS view point :/

Since this is the art thread I wanted ask if there are any more commander wallpapers like these two. Or if somebody would/want to make more for the newer commanders available to us. Would also like to see more wallpapers for PA. These two are the only ones I could find that look fanstastic

I agree with you, been trying to find some myself and not much comes to this level...would love to see some fan made ones or official. I just want some awesome ones!

Was fiddling with nukes thinking there was an area nuke command. was disappointed, but at least I got a cool snap shot, which is nice.

Felt like having some fun with the new nuke area attack.
Didn't know it was PTE only though, so I ended up microing 4 nukes instead.
Still looked pretty badass.

ALT-enter will make it fill the screen and then you won't have those horrible title bars ruining your shots.

Or he could at least crop it off with any photo-edit software.
