You mean that it's all pixels? That's probably because you have subsampling enabled. Go to SETTINS -> GRAPHICS -> RESOLUTION SCALING and set it at 100%. That should make it crispy again. It might also fix the white commander you have there, but probably not. You could try turning ambient occlusion off, since it can do some weird stuff.
