Started an uber relentless GW - only tech I've been able to find is subcommanders and more databanks.
Uber-Hard, same. These two cards have a chance mechanic that I haven't yet fully understood which appears to makes them more common with system size. I think Uber took the system size farther than they were designed for.
...on the positive side of things, either the SAO bug has been corrected, or they've disabled it until the next nVidia update (this may be the case in the latest release version, too - didn't check it out prior to playing this build). Also, the new GW AI is AWESOME. Not sure I'd be able to keep up with relentless unless I had at least one subcom.
Fixable playerside, with mods, or simple file editing, or simple file swapping with Stable, or by just using the stable for GW since PTE doesn't change much else xept server mods. So... yeah...
I'm unfortunately stuck, unable to download this patch. The launcher loads most of the data (up to 700-something MB), then instantly switches to display 568MB /779 MB and crashes every time . EDIT: Deleted the old PTE file and retried. Seems to have worked
I am still having the issue where I will play a battle on the GW map, then moving to the next area I get a error connecting to the game server requiring closing the program and restarting. this is a new game with the 66830 build.
The hotkey system has gotten worse for me compared to stable. - If I'm holding shift during my initial build, I'll get the default action (ubercannon and assist) while trying to switch between mex and power, or whatever. (I've modified my keys) - The mode deselects almost immediately. So if you want to mash keys to build a variety of units from a factory, you have to be really fast or doesn't work.
BTW.. if you ever see a PTE build with -main or - anything, honestly.. it means it's more experimental than most. As it's typically work in progress, it often means small things will be broken, simply because they're not done yet while a change is being made.

Did you know that celestial_hover messages are being sent continuously (as often as time messages) even when the data doesn't change?
