I agree as a lot of my games are just freezing up and dying, so basically I can't play right now. I have full faith in uber though as they (at least seem) like they engage with the community a lot and really care about the state of the game.

Weird, for me planet generation and actually starting the game has never gone so smooth as with the latest patch. I've had my computer lock up for 5+ minutes before, now it's just there in like 15 seconds and i PLAY. Even blackscreens are solved by my computer faster than before, and i can have a ton more units on the battlefield than before.


So yea, for me it's massive improvements across the board. Though it's been long obvious that not everyone enjoys the same kind of quality increase, sometimes a build randomly breaks a person's entire game for no real obvious reasons.

So hang in there buddy, it'll get fixed.
