The Display Issue of Doom

No idea how to repro this, but it happens randomly and intermittently.

1. The game will load in a black screen even with the no blackscreens mod installed.
2. After pressing F5, the planet will be displayed.
3. After a couple of seconds, the "Generating Planets" screen will appear permanently. This is despite the planets already being generated.
4. Upon quitting and reconnecting, you won't be able to see any units no matter how many times you press F5 or change the settings.

Is this what you were getting @bradburning

FYI: That kind of @ does not trigger a notification.
