I bought Planetary Annihilation a couple of days ago and it won't start I just get a black screen and after a couple of seconds a popup appears that says Pa.exe has stopped working.
I have already tried updating my drivers and updating DirectX but it won't work. Any sollutions are welcome. I have already attached the log after I tried to launch it last time I tried.

    Your graphics drivers still outdated/broken:
    Code:
Card name: ATI Mobility Radeon HD 5730
    Manufacturer: ATI Technologies Inc.
    Driver File Version: ()
    Driver Date/Size: , 0 bytes
To update drivers download and install latest drivers from AMD website:
    http://support.amd.com/en-us/download/mobile?os=Windows 7 - 64#amd-catalyst-packages

AMD mobility drivers installed known as pretty buggy software so if drivers won't be updated properly check this topics for more information about drivers update:

There is lot of different issues with AMD drivers so I don't have any exact solution for you, but you can try to do this:
    1. Completely remove old drivers though Windows Control Panel or Device Manager.
You can as well try to use this tool (possible it's buggy too):
      http://support.amd.com/en-us/kb-articles/Pages/AMD-Clean-Uninstall-Utility.aspx
    2. Restart your laptop.
    3. Install most recent drivers from AMD website again.
    4. If you get wrong resolution again then try to restart PC again and then check resolution settings one more time.
Usually problem appear because AMD updater unable to replace old drivers properly so after clean installation those might work properly.

This is pretty weird. Though you should able to boot in safe mode and remove/install any drivers.

Only thing you can do it's try to find out why generic AMD drivers don't work properly on your hardware and way to workaround the problem. You can as well find and try older mobility drivers releases and check them, but keep in mind PA will only work properly on drivers from 2013 or newer.
