For those who didn't come across this yet, courtesy of game.co.uk.

    http://www.game.co.uk/en/planetary-annihilation-collectors-edition-286251

I kinda hope this will be available to pre-order on Amazon UK (*wink wink), I had bad experiences with GAME before when it came to limited collector's edition pre-orders.

And PLEASE, do not start speculating on the release date. It's probably an estimate, PA will be out when it's done.

Also, am I the only one who thinks that the minimum requirements will be just about enough to run the main menu?

Because the last time we heard about this kind of thing the resulting explosion of tin-foil hat wearing was so large we almost sparked a civil rights movement.

I don't really like the looks of those two Commanders anyways.

So with my cosmic limited I guess I don't get those commanders? Nor the 'hardcover' book? *Sigh*

    Who cares about mice? Lawl

I was under the impression that there were no exclusives that the Kickstarter backers didn't get...?

To be fair, everyone knew what they paid for. Each kickstarter tier, and steam early access and the uber store pre-orders had their own commanders, it was spelled out and written down clearly what was included in the purchase.

Nowhere did I see "all the stuff we ever come up with in the future" included.

Haha, I thought there was an actual confirmation somewhere on the forums by Uber staff.

Retailers and sometimes even publishers tend to be quite unreliable sources. I'll keep this under the category of "estimate" until Brad comes around and says otherwise.

Edit: And Brad ninja posted me pretty bad.

All the 'exclusive' commanders for the early access have been given to the Kickstarter backers (dependent on backer level)... With the exception of the Beast which was a specific tourney prize. On that basis it would make sense that Kickstarter and potentially pre order backers should get these limited edition commanders as well?

Anyway there's no need to go on the offensive with me- I'm not complaining, just asking an honest question.

Sorry didn't mean to be offensive. I just assumed the above, since for example early access backers never got equivalent commanders as the kickstarter tiers. All we got were one theta, regardless of the amount paid via steam.

Sorry again if I came through aggressive, it's midnight here and I'm sleepy.

No problem, if these are exclusive to that specific boxed edition of the game it's not the end of the world. I do know quite a few people have been coveting that boxy commander in particular since they showed off all the variations they had been working on a while back- so if current backers do get him it would go down well :)

I'm planning to buy this, but considering Brad just got a migraine from the link I'm not sure how much of it is accurate.

To be honest, I could go with a commander sculpture instead of a mouse.

I must admit when I read the title the first thing I thought was the physical miniatures that were part of the KS campaign...

Still it would be pretty easy to get one 3-D printed imo, all you need is the mesh model (available in the game folder) and... :) Plenty of cheap printing services about these days as well- I'd bet you could get one for £30...
