Nothing Happens when Clicking PA.exe

i hope this is the right place , i have a problem ,when i click the game PA.EXE and nothing Happened
i have update to the latest video card driver
i have also linked my steam account to uberent.com
and its still not working at all ,please help me out

Are you using the new launcher?

Iam using steam to lunch it ,and when i hit the pa.exe nothing appear at all

Does/Doesn't it work by launching it on steam?

Also, is steam open/signed in?

if u mean another launcher like in diablo 3 ,then it doesn't show up at all ,when i press the game from steam library

iv mange to solve it from steam community , they told me to download the launcher from the uber store and then Use my credentials to download game
