i can't chance to wired connection, due to the fact that the modem is to far, and i can't relocate my desktop.

i there any other way to improve?

is there any way bought my wireless signal?

    please help, and thanks.

Err... I am sure that with sufficient research and effort you could get better wireless.

Is an ethernet cable an option at all?

Is the source quality of the internet good?
If not, get a better ISP or upgrade your current service.

    Do you have good router?
It may be you have old router and it cannot broadcast high speed internet very good, due to its limitations.

Do you have good wifi signal on your desktop?
Maybe you have a poor signal at your desktop, try to improve your signal by relocating the router maybe?
If relocating the router is not possible, you will probably have to just connect with a cable.

Are you running any programs that consume a lot of your bandwidth?
Eg. uTorrent or any other P2P. If yes, turn them off.

Try power line, if you can then. It could just be that you're dropping a lot of packets or something (idk).

I would probably suggest you call your customer support of your ISP and request a technical support to visit your place and fix it for your. If there is a real problem, the support is usually free, if not them you will have to pay some small fee. But maybe it is worth it.

Is there not a closer server?

I mean, for comparison, that's the distance between Western Australia and I.

You actually seem to have better download speed than me, although my upload is a bit faster.

Really all you can do is contact your isp and ask what the heck is going on. (And if possilbe ask them to switch you to their gaming network"cant remember exactly what it was called but I asked to be switched to a gaming something")

Edit: I don't know if this applies to all isp's or just iPrimus though.

Honestly, I'm impressed by how low his ping is, its going at something like 3.3c (5k km in 5ms)... So i'd hazard a guess that he's not in russia.
