yea, dude that's what Neutrino said he wanted exactly! he said he wanted the nights to be high contrast and the bases to look like big cities because of all the thousands of headlights. as it stands only the t1 tank and the com have headlights. I think we're to see the headlights come in SPOON™ and I agree with you, darker nights would look so much better on PA!

Agreed, I'd love the night time if only buildings and possibly units had some dang lights on them, what about when the night comes the buildings all have these lights turn on either primary or secondary army color, just to brighten up the place, it'd look pretty nice!

Now I'm going to bet you guys your opinion on how pretty it looks will be completely changed when you see what happened when i tried out playing on an Earth-like planet...

Really odd looking lighting, super sudden change to pitch black on land yet only slight discoloration in the water...

    Half moon planet!

Some odd looking static effects with the darkness, I assume it's to put less strain on my machine and normally wouldn't be so horribly noticeable but because of the pitch black land it seems it is..

Here you can easily see how oddly suddenly it changes from nicely lit to sudden pitch black darkness... On a moon this looks nice, an Earth planet? Horrible!

Looks like the darkness is consuming the planet in that last pic...

The near pure darkness is a bug, not intended.
