I just personally tried to translate it and I couldn't do it. It's a skit by a rap group that somehow manages to write ridiculously complicated texts. To a Dutch person, it would be very clear what this skit is about, but it's impossible to translate it correctly to any other language. Too much meaning and nuance would be lost.
