I am sure that this has been noted before... but searching for a while, I am unable to find it.

Currently when, early in the game, you tell a builder to build metal across an entire planet, you can immediately determine where the enemy base is (by looking at the patrol path). The result is that I never build land-based scouts to find the enemy... I know where they are as soon as I get my first builder.

Has this been noted / commented on? I am assuming this would be removed from any final release.

Ahh this must be the mex exploit all those terribly honourable Realm players refused to tell me before the Battle of the Beasts tournament.

Yeah evidently it's an exploit to be fixed.

The bug tracker for reporting these is here: http://pa.lennardf1989.com

I'm hoping that ladder players generally refrain from using it, because it's clearly an exploit.

That's odd, since a caster is the only one to call players out on it. And I've already seen it being used in tournaments and would be hard pressed to believe it was not intentional.

    Task on bugtracker: PA#3259

Seriously I don't see how anybody can think it's intentional.

I think he means used by the player intentionally.
