    Hi my valued developer,

I bought the game 3 weeks ago. Until last week it worked fine for me and my PC. The graphic was fine and the units moved fluently. Now it the whole game becomes slower. The last update made the game really slower. I mean the units didn´t move as fast as before, especially if you have a lot. I only have a Intel i3 processor (2,13 GHz) with 8 GB Ram and a 512MB (up to 2GB with PC Ram) Graphic card on board (ATI Radeon HD 5470). From the values it should run normally. I don´t know. The game needs more and more power to work. It became a lot slower since you made the new updates. What would you recommend for the PC performance. I mean to play also in an acceptable way... Would it still be possible for the future to play this game with an old i3 processor? Or do I have to get a new PC. Sounds strange, but I thought to keep the requirements as simple as possible. Like me a lot of people still only have i3 PCs or worse! I wish it could have been as before the update from March, 14th. Thanks a lot for your attention!

Hi BEiMI, there are a number of things that could make the game feel 'slower' that aren't performance issues. The updates if anything have made the game run smoother for me.

The problem you're describing *could* be an internet bandwidth issue (that is units jumping from point to point). The game actually runs on Ubers server so if your bandwidth is too low the delay between updates gets long and results in jumpiness. As a quick test when in game press the Cntrl and P keys together- this will bring up some information including the frame rate.

Other things to check- when the last update landed, it reset all my graphics settings to 'medium' which was allot higher than I use on my old laptop. If you go into settings, try lowering them (in particular turn things like HDR off and reduce virtual texturing to low). You may find the problem is simply that your settings got changed.

Last thing to do is make sure you've got the latest graphics drivers for your graphics card. When new features come in old drivers can really hurt the performance (or stop the game working at all!).

    Hope that helps,

Thank you very much for your fast help! I will check what you told me. My drivers should be up to date. But I did not check if the settings changed since the last update.... Have a nice one! Best wishes BEiMI

Please please please, use enter. A wall of text quickly gets illegible. Proper use of paragraphs and punctuation can help a lot to prevent this issue.

That being said, take a look at what cntrl+P coocks up, as stated by Cdrkf. Taking printscreens of that and posting those here, with any additional info may help us figure out where the issue lies.

In windows: Hit start and type 'dxdiag' in the search box and hit enter.

Once the tool opens up there is an option to 'Save all information'... use that to save the data then post it up here.

It's not uncommon for performance to go down with patches. It's always quite unfortunate.

Make sure all of your drivers are updated and wait for the next patch. :)

Patches break things, but they fix things. That's how patches work, we make patches for patches

There is a newer Beta driver available that might be worth a try:

    http://support.amd.com/en-us/download/desktop?os=Windows 7 - 64

Let us know how it goes.

    Hi there,

well I took the new beta driver. But it is getting worse. 9-11 fps on the lowest Graphic Level. Does it maybe come from the connection?

I have no idea what is wrong. But it does not make fun anymore since it always stucks. It is like playing in slow motion!

I have chosen all the lowest level for the Graphic. I have no idea why the game play became worse.

Maybe my Notebook is simply too old....

    It is getting much better....

    1. I updated my Network driver, my bios and some other driver...

    2. I downloaded the PA Lancher from Uber direct (go to their homepage). But now I am not playing via stream anymore. I got the tip from the forum. I only use the Uber launcher for starting the game.

    3. I updated all PA Patches (Last Gamma inclusive)

It works again! ;-) The fps are in the twenties (much better as before)
The game runs "fluent" again even with my old fisherprice i3 Notebook ;0D

    THX BUDDIES!!!!
