Any indication if we soon gonna get more than 10 player games, now we can spawn on several planets? :)

nope. It's "soon". (I'm guessing sometime early summer but that's just a guess.)

Are you talking about where it shoots up and then explodes?

That's not new – it was covered in a past playtest review.

I'm in no hurry for the 1.0 release. Because it's really just an arbitrary judgement to call it complete, and it will definitely mean a slowdown on development. For as long as the guys can survive on the KS funds, steam revenue and any other hollow logs, the better it will be. And if the UI and visuals get refined nicely enough to really draw you in, it's going to be as famous as TA in my opinion.

That's the thing with game development - its so complex (building the first 90% then the last 90%, as they say), so many good ideas don't quite get implemented fully. If these guys can even get close to some of the amazing ideas it started with, I'll be playing this game for years (bad as I am at it...)

    I don't think it'll slow down development.

Eventually development will start to slow down, but not at first.

    REWORDED:
Eventually the team will have to slow down to take a breather, but not after running a whole marathon. They've still got 26 more miles to go.

It's a resource thing. At my company, there's a big build for whatever project it is. Resources are finite. There's a point where you start saying "that will be in phase 2" when people request things. Once the initial thing is delivered, contracts end, consultants roll off onto other things, and a few guys are left to caretake the system. Sometimes phase 2 comes, more often it doesnt...

That won't be the case with PA.

PA is their main focus right now. A few devs may end up helping with Toy Rush. But PA is going to continue to see tons of development. They have stated over and over that they are going to continue to update and improve PA.

It'll be excellent if that happens. In the long term they'll need an ongoing revenue stream from it to make that worthwhile- but I'm happy to fork over for great new content and I'm sure others would be also.

They have a variety of plans.

It's also been proven that games with regular updates have regular sales.

There's also talk of a mod store. Kinda like the iOS store. People can buy mods and Uber gets a small share of the sales. Of course there will be free mods too.
