i backed P.A on the alpha $90 edition so i had accses to ALPHA aswell as BETA. but in the badge list on my P.A (gamma build) the only badge that is unlocked is the ALPHA PARTICIPANT. can someone please explain why the BETA PARTICIPANT badge is not unlocked for me. also i can not select the DELTA COMMANDER from the armory list. can someone please explain that as well thanks.
That's probably the same issue. Anyway, according to Update #20: So you should definitely get it. It may take a bit of time to straighten everything out. I recommend waiting a week or two when they stop making new patches to the gamma almost daily and then send an e-mail to uber support if it's still not fixed by then. Their top priority at the moment is probably squashing the bugs that directly affect game play.
i'm in the same boat as you so far as backer level, and I'm also missing the beta badge. worry not, none of that is finalized, just about everything from balance to unit models to commanders to the lobby to the badges is still under construction. it'll get there!
It's good you guys report this stuff, but I believe this is a known issue, and is being worked on. By the time it's final everyone should have the right badges and commanders. If not, please let the devs know and they will fix it I'm sure.
Wait so even though I paid $50 and got to use delta in beta I wont be able to use it in gamma? Well if that is true I may just quit playing if I only get $30 worth of content on a game I paid $50 for.

I paid $70, so I won't get the Delta either. It doesn't really matter though. The money I paid was for the initial development of the game. That succeeded, so we can all enjoy it now. And we got to be part of the alpha and beta stages, which was a lot of fun! I think the $50 was for the early beta though. But my point is, you paid for early access and for even getting the game to be developed in the first place. I hope that puts it in perspective for you?
So the "skin" of the commander makes you not want to play the game, you do know the different commanders have the same ability right? So that makes the game unplayable for you And hey the game is in progress, you agreed too the terms, when you start the game, there will be bugs.
I paid $70 as well, which is the galactic edition on the Uberstore (during august, last month of the alpha). BUT LavaSnake confirmed with an image in a thread in general discussion that galactic edition owners get the alpha and the progenitor commanders. I remember seeing the same thing, but due to a bug, my order of PA is not displaying in the list of purchased games. I still have no badges, nor those comms.
Yeah, it's still a bit wonky. I do have the alpha and progenitor, but I don't have the Kickstarter badge for example. Lots of bugs with thee armoury still. Meh, low priority, we still get to blow stuff up.
