Also i tried to update my graphics card at intel download site but when i download it, it says its not compatible with my driver even tho when i did auto detection it said that download...
As you posted already your problem caused by outdated driver: Code: Card name: Intel(R) HD Graphics 4000 Driver Date/Size: 10/5/2012 23:12:22, 12602368 bytes To update drivers download and install "win64_153314.exe" from Intel website: https://downloadcenter.intel.com/Detail_Desc.aspx?agr=Y&DwnldID=23639 If you get "not validated for this computer" error then please check this how-to: http://steamcommunity.com/app/233250/discussions/2/558749190911446231/ Then get ZIP version of driver (win64_153314.zip) from same page, follow instruction properly and you'll able to install latest drivers for your iGPU.
Please read my message more carefully. If you get "The driver being installed is not validated for this computer" error then just follow how-to I linked and it's will work just fine.
so it worked thanks to your advice but when i tryed to play the next day (today) its doing the same thing..
I am having this same problem, the planets start generating and it crashes. I have updated my graphics to the latest, and done the graphics optimized for performance as described by the devs on the other forum. i have uploaded the crash screen shot and dxdiag.txt
Your problem with game caused by 32-bit OS memory limitations: Code: Operating System: Windows Vista Home Premium (6.0, Build 6002) Service Pack 2 (6002.vistasp2_gdr.130707-1535) Memory: 3326MB RAM Please check this topic for more details: http://steamcommunity.com/app/233250/discussions/2/648816742979172000/
Clearly this game is not stable enough for the posted system "requirements". the actual requirements should be posted so people who CANNOT play the game don't buy it.
I see Steam store page ans see this: Possible developers need to make it eve more obviously that 64-bit OS is strongly recommended. Still you can play game on 32-bit OS using workaround posted in my topic.
