Confused, maybe a bug, please help

So I haven't been able to play the game for about 2 weeks, so I come back, and am excited for gamma phase. But when ever i load a system, no matter the size, it wont load my commander. I just get the planets and a frozen economy, but no commander. No icon, or revealed fog of war area. Just was wondering if this was a glitch or what? (I waited about 10 minutes, hoping it just hadn't loaded yet, but no luck). Thanks for your support guys, appreciate it.

Please upload your dxdiag.txt. Also disable any mods you have they could be causing the issue

sounds like you may have missing files, though the dxdiag would be appreciated, do, in the meantime verify your files twice more through the patcher.

It's weird that you able to load game at all. Other players with such old drivers have crash on startup:
