AppCrash with the new patch

I tried several times to recconnect to a match but after the "system charge" i've got always the same message:

Your problem caused by outdated drivers:

To update drivers download and install "Win64_152820.exe" from Intel website: https://downloadcenter.intel.com/Detail_Desc.aspx?agr=Y&DwnldID=23377

You also have AMD Radeon HD 6770M and most likely you need to update drivers for it's too. Unfortunately AMD website missing drivers link, so you need to use this one:

Your laptop have two graphics cards and by default game is running on slow Intel HD. So after you update all drivers you need to check this video how-to:

Then configure your drivers to run PA.exe on high performance AMD graphics card. If you installed game though Steam you need this file:
C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Planetary Annihilation\bin_x64\PA.exe

i have a new problem, beta driver for AMD caused the disappear of the switchable graphics option, what can i do??

Try to remove "AMD Catalyst" though Windows Control Panel and then re-install it.

tried but still no "switchable" option, i think it must caused by the fact that are beta driver i think.

found a solution, after upgraded all the driver i've done this to fix all the problem cause by the "switch-able graphics".

Be sure to upgrade ur bios to the last possibile.


Go into the BIOS menu (press ESC and then F10 the moment you turn on your computer, before the windows logo appears), search for the switchable graphics option and set it to "Fixed". Exit and save changes.



When windows is already initiated, right-click anywhere and click switchable graphics. Choose the ATI Radeon (high performance) as default et voilà!
