Where is the quotient of ressources in the Gamma version ?

Yes , before in the Beta version, we can change the quotient of ressources for the players and the AI (for cheat vs AI) in the menu for choose our commander and colors of our army.
We can't in the Gamma release.
Where we can change the quotient of ressources now or why to have removed ?

They removed it for some bizarre reason... apparently some people didn't understand it so they got rid of it... due to be replaced with a easy 0.5 normal 1 hard 2 kind of selector which is obviously less than satisfactory.

Why they didn't that appeals to people ?

I don't know it seems odd that they should cater for the miniscule percentage of people that couldn't seem to work it out rather than the majority of people who have half an ounce of sense and did benefit from the feature.
