So I've been here since the very beginning and I'm looking at the Armory. The Alpha/Delta and one other commander is grayed out for me. If I've supported since those days, I'm not understanding why I can't select those commanders.
Alpha: $90 and above KS. Delta: $90 and above anytime (requires $200 if bought now) Progenitor: $50 and above KS. Are you on steam, out of curiosity?
I was originally on kickstarter. However I had to reinstall my OS and after that, the PA launcher was unable to download the game. It would start out well at a few MB/s and then it would start dropping and dropping, until speeds got down to 0.5 bytes per second and ETA for download complete would extend into the several thousand hours. I tried just about everything and I couldn't make it not do it, so I converted my key to steam and migrated. Here's proof of alpha status
I'll give it a go. On a lesser note, is nobody able to play games tonight? Its been sitting at 4.4GB in memory and generating planets for 4-5 minutes now with no end.
No, don't do that. We have some work to do on our side still to get everyone their correct rewards. Because we have people who bought on kickstarter, steam, humble bundle, and our own site at different tiers as well as may have upgraded like you did we haven't worked out the full matrix of who gets what. Until then some people will be missing commanders they should have access to.
