    I think all it needs is for the head to move back a bit so it isn't sticking out. Or possibly remove the "jaw".

    That and something needs to be done about the leg pose, it just looks awkward.

    I think if the Jawline was changed, it would change the whole demeanor of the Commander. I see what you are saying though.

    I hope it's walking animation makes him look heavy.

    As that's a criticism I have about the delta and alpha.....they seem to be very stable when walking, but it makes them look very, very light....and the small transports don't help that either.

    All the Animations are shared between commanders using the same Rig, so that's unlikely.

    Remove the jaw and add a second antennae and tilt the shoulder plates down some* and it'll be great.

    *This isn't American Football, you will not be tackling other commanders.

    I honestly think it looks good as is. It could use a couple of tweaks to look more like a football player like the concept pic showed though.

    Remember, you will not be viewing the commander from this angle and position during the majority of the time you are playing. Making a model read well from the play angle is an important consideration in games however less so in PA due to the strategic icons.

    I posted my thoughts in the other thread;
    A couple other things I noticed were that the back isn't as rounded as the concept; the shoulder pads don't match the contours of the hull. Bottom of the hull looks a bit more like a V than the concept as well, so the big screw-like protrusions come out at more of an angle and look a bit odd, and the corrugated-looking body in the concept is replaced with a blocky, more generic one.

    Still, looks great, and while I mentioned a bunch of things that I find a little odd, that's just my subjective opinion, and even then they're minor things ;)

    Because PA is on a sphere and with Strat zoom you see units from many more angles than you would regularly in other games. I also feel that it's not unreasonable to expect more effort when it comes to the Commanders.

    It could very well be that this isn't the final version of the Theta. On a related note, one thing I do find odd is the difference in texture detail between some units and commanders, but I guess that's a subject for another thread.
    As for teddythebear's comment, model readability isn't so important for commanders in my opinion, since players will often be using the strat view. Commanders are fairly unique, noticeable units among bases and armies of smaller units anyways, even if they read quite differently from one another.
