constant game crash

every time i whanna play the game i am in de whanna start a match and the game crashes
i just bought it thru steam

i donot know what this means but something not good dont what it i donot understand this computor codes

and i got very strong game system
W7 home ultimate 64bits
I25000 Quad core
16gig DDR3 memory
intel HD 3000 up2date

It seems ur GPU isent that strong

i just added DXdiag file
and my graphics is good enough and that's odd i am not the only 1 whit this graphics card

I got same graphics and Win7, there is no crash.

I find one really weird behavior with your drivers info:

Those drivers shouldn't have such new date, but "10/31/2013" instead.

Can you please clarify how exactly you updated them? Was it automatic utility from Intel website? Or you manually install it from this page?

If you used any other source I recommend you to remove existing drivers though Windows Control Panel or Device Manager, then try to install them as "Win64_152820.exe" from this page.

Can you please post here full path to your Steam installation directory? Is there an y non-English characters in path to PA?
If yes I recommend try to move PA in some more neutral directory with path only contain English characters and numbers.

i got it thru Windows update
and afterwhorts i restarted my pc
andthe game is just installd aka bought thru steam
and Mockingbird saying that it could be Pa itself that creates the crash iff you say it runs fine

i dont think local settings is the problem becausse mockingbird has a german local

Windows update do not distribute correct drivers, can you try to remove this one though Device Mananger and install one from Intel website?

game is finnaly working but i beleived its still crashing but that's the game itself

appearently i am only alowd 2 have 2 planets max how come didnt change size off the planet
