im defeated to day because somebody made the uber cannon fire 5 times or more per sec how the hell is that even possiblehe destroyed 2 commanders i think its a bug hack or glitch is that posibol uber ?

Storage.

The new Uber Cannon uses energy to fire. So if you produce a lot of energy or have a lot of energy, you can fire it off very quickly.

There's lots of discussion on the forums about whether it's balanced or not and lots of potential changes.

My favorite is a simple fix. The Commander has enough storage to get off five shots in quick succession, but a recharge rate so they can't keep up a constant stream of fire. So after the first five shots it must fall back to recharge or have a slower rate of fire.

but it was in the first min of the game no way he had already that amount of energy

1 storage gives you an additional 10 ubercannons excluding how much power you also generate during that time.

to balance it out, for anyone who doesn't already know you can use the uber cannon button with shift to fire it quickly
