Hardcoded Keybinds

I'm trying to bind stuff to the bracket keys. Because they are hardbound to controlling chronocam, bit of a waste of time.

More importantly hardcoding keybinds that are only valid for one keyboard layout is a double-no. The bracket cluster is USA QWERTY only.
