The document states you follow the gentleman guidelines but at no point states what these are.

The System Sharing Mod looks to be required but isn't listed as a requirement.

Forbidding people from viewing the stream of the caster covering their game should probably be in the rules.

As only one player is supposed to report a match outcome you should probably just make it a rule that the winner is responsible for the report to simplify matters and that in the event of a tie the players decide between them.

I would strongly advise that you rule ahead of time how crashes and disconnects are to be handled ahead of time to avoid "it's not fair X won, my PC crashed!"

"Complains" on the report form should be "Complaints"

I don't know if Google forms allows this, but some means of attaching evidence for complaints would be handy e.g. screenshots.

1) Removed the gentleman guidelines for now.
2) System Sharing Mod is not required, the planet generation details will be published. You can use the SSM for easy job so you do not have to render the planets yourself.
3) The delay on the stream will be at least 2 minutes, shouldn't be an issue. But I will add it to the rules.
4) Fixed that so the winner shall post it.

Also the ? by the "Tie-break score" on the scoreboard doesn't do anything for me on Chrome except add a # to the URL.

The crashes, well people can try to log back. I believe that currently a black screen means a rehost and crash during a game is just - well your bad and you can try to get back to game and reconnect. Server crashes are probably not going to happen hopefully, I havent seen one for ages.

Also added how long games are handled. Games only last up to the deadline, which is 40 minutes. Games lasting longer than this time are automatic ties.
