Has anyone else noticed that laser towers have really, really bad aim? For something in range, sitting still my last game had two tower taken out by like 3 level 1 tanks as they refused to hit them
It's not only lase towers, but many other units too. My personal guess devs still trying to find good balance for aim.
Direct fire weapons do not lead their targets - pretty much any direct fire weapon will find it hard hitting a moving target if it's travelling somewhat perpendicular to it, or other angles depending on the speed of the target.
Sometimes this will be because the laser shots are actually hitting terrain. Just like to mention that. There will be a minuscule hill that the unit is hiding behind. When it moves, it moves out of cover. Rarely. But sometimes. True but this is talking about it happening for sitting duck, stationary targets.
