I built 10+ orbital launchers and gave them rally orders.

the first order was a move/rally order around my orbiting moon, the second was an area patrol order around the whole moon.

I then cued avengers on looped construction from every factory.

The avengers launched and left orbit correctly, but when trying to enter the orbital layer of the moon they got stuck in a pathing error where they flew in tight circles *vertically*. I think the path was planar to the solar system, but from the orbital view it appeared the avengers were diving to the planet and back up in a tight loop. They were non-selectable and never recovered.

    EDIT: Build 61250
    .

Damn. When I read the title I thought you'd managed to make your orbital units orbit. "Pathing loop" indeed.

It is. I did a search, but without knowing the exact phrasing it was doomed to fail.
