the next big mnc sale?

is it ever going to happen again or would this game ever be a part of the games w gold? i wish it went free to play like happy wars so it would never die off.

Probably never gonna happen which is dumb. This game should drop to $5. They'd make some pretty good money with all then new purchases, but i guess that's up to microsoft. It should have been a part of the countdown to new years sale, with one of the days being shooters. Shadowrun/CS/MNC all on sale.

Counterstrike is really good, except that you have to be in game chat and it let's both teams hear each other. Seriously, who made that decision?

MNC probably won't be on sale. Uber is mad about it.

If you want an MNC bump without making a sale, ask how to get an article published in GameInformer. Make it something like "The 10 Best Hidden Arcade Gems". Feature MNC. They (GI) recently did an article about "The 10 Best Cult Classics" that all sold at Gamestop for under $10. Now, they are either sold out of them all or they are up to $15.

Awesomenauts was a good game. In some ways better than MNC, although in many ways much worse. I liked the frog, only because of his music.

I must say, hoisting financial burden off of prospective buyers of this game would be a great boon to our community. Our interests would seem to align with the purveyors of this product as well; more sales at a reduced price is better than an utterly stagnant market, no?

It's not a bad game. It suffers from a moderate learning curve (most of it has been worked out if you listen to guys who know how to do builds) and a low grind (buy the correct relics and gems and you will be fine).

The biggest issue is that it is VERY reliant on friends. Good players have a harder time making up for bad ones, and knowing matchups takes a while.

Exactly. I wouldn't be caught dead playing this game alone. Although I'd still be better than your average player if I was dead.
