Chitty Chitty Bang Bang Anyone?

    This post is about the aesthetics of the artillery (Catapult) in Planetary Annihilation.

    Does anyone else hear it? Especially with the Catapult. As you watch your missiles flying they sound like a puttery little engine like Chitty Chitty Bang Bang. I know Planetary Annihilation is still in development and all and I don't know which is close to final or not but that catapult sound so... lame!

    I want a V2 Rocket Launcher instead of Catapult!

    I guess it's a good thing none of it is final yet? I'm betting much of it is still only first or second pass even.

    Tbh, the put-put/pulsing engine sound of the Catapult rocket engine does sound an awful lot like a pulsejet engine's, well, pulsing. I would be talking about V1s though.

    The catapult is not artillery ;)

    This only bugs me because the artillery sounds in PA are the best I've heard since TA :p
