I am experiencing the same start up issues as many other users. i have tried updating drivers but am unsure is they installed correctly. when i first purchased the game i was able to play but now a few months later the game stops responding as soon as the accept terms and conditions screen pops up. any help would be greatly appreciated.

    Your drivers still outdated:
    Code:
Card name: Intel(R) HD Graphics 4000
    Driver Date/Size: 3/19/2012 22:31:56, 8087040 bytes
You need to install latest drivers from Intel website.
Just download and install "Win64_15338.exe" from here:
    https://downloadcenter.intel.com/Detail_Desc.aspx?agr=Y&DwnldID=23405

You need to download ZIP version of driver package and install it though Device Manager as explained here:

You might need to go though menus and manually force it to use latest driver.

Here is some how-to, I never done it on my own so not sure:

Also can you check how-to in my signature and upload your current DxDiag.txt on forum?
