Annotations for Chronocam

I apologise if this has already been suggested, but I couldn't find anything.

The idea is very simple: When important events happen (like a Commander dies (particularly in more than 2 player games)), it should be annotated on the Chronocam timeline, so you could easily zoom back to when that happened.

Perhaps you could allow for even more annotations and filters for annotations. But for starters; Commanders dying would be a nice thing to scroll back to quickly.

I vaguely remember this being suggested. It's a good idea though.
