Aussie Servers - What happened?

Hey, I saw plenty of clouds when I was living in Canberra.

I bet you are sick of roudabouts now to, hehe

OH MY GOD. I was borrowing my buddy's motorcycle part of the time I was there, and holy carp. I've never seen more roundabouts. It's an obsession in that city!

Its because parliament is there...politicians like going in circles.

Yeah it's not all sunshine and oppressive heat, there's plenty of foul weather to go around; Sydney knows how to turn on a hail storm, Melbourne loves a bit of rain, and Canberra just gets damned cold (by Aus standards).

Here in sleepy old Adelaide we have a dry Mediterranean climate, and while topping 40C (104F) isn't uncommon in summer, yesterday's 45C was the 4th highest temp on record.
Tomorrow they are predicting over 46C (115F) which would be the hottest day on record around here.

Parliament House is a roundabout! Do enough laps and you get pulled over by the Federal Police...

I know AWS wasn't down, because I had a nice relaxing weekend playing PA, not a panicked hysterical weekend because all our severs were down.

Yeah I am suffering in this heat wave 46C today and its looking like its going to be similar for the next 2 days until we get a cool change down to 28C saturday. Yes 28C is a cool change after 45C~.

I hope you where not ridding early in the morning Kangaroos are every where in the morning in Canberra and they anti moving for nothing.

I also had a nice relaxing weekend playing PA.

There was massive amounts of lag though. (10 minutes in against the AI)

And it wasn't until yesterday that I got the message about the servers actually being down.

Plus if I viewed any game I created, it was never in the Aussie servers, even though that was my default region.

Damn, it hot in southern Adelaide...
I had to travel from one bronx to the next to work today..
I live in Hackham West and had to go to Elizabeth to work
