    Yeah the unit buildbar issue is an issue even if you don't use hotbuild.
    Is a game issue, I might be able to fix but can't promise anything.
    On what resolution do you play ?

    I have the same problem even when I only enable the latest Floating UI mod. Maybe Raevn can look into this?

    I use 1080p, no ingame scaling.

    I would disable the floating ui mod for the moment and check again.

    Tried the new update but no change on adding units to hotkeys already taken up by buildings.

    That's odd.
    If you want to reset defaults. Can you try the following: click set community defaults wasd then click save and close then try if problem is still there.

    - Nicer JSCitizen / Code rework
    - Fix for adding units / buildings to existing binds
    - Improvements to settings

    Click on a Community Default button followed by save and close before you report errors.
    I'm very sorry if somebody lost their keybinds, I'll try not to break it anymore.

    Todo : Import / Export keybinds / hotbuilds.

    You know the old way of hotbuilding?

    You made a hotbuild list, then bound that to a key?

    Is that possible to support in addition to the new keybinds?

    Just because I use s and d for metal and power respectively, and place metal storage under metal, power storage under power, which frees up f for use as idle fabs.

    Hi,
    First, congratulations for this great mod.
    I am left handed and french (but i promise, these are my only two faults ;)).
    So I play on an azerty keyboard and I mainly use the keyboard area around the arrowed keys and the numpad.
    And so far, it is not easy with PA ! (can't use numpad for anchor and group :()
    This is really the only blocking point that prevents me from really having fun with this game yet.
    This mod should be of great help myself but I still have problem with it.
    This doesn't seem to work with the punctuation keys which are just on the left of the right-shift (, . / !).
    Just want to know if i'm the only one and if it's normal ?

    I am Belgian so also Azerty here.
    The thing I do for the moment is switch my keyboard layout in windows to querty Us International when I play.
    You can press win+space in windows to switch between keyboard layout.
    There aren't any problems except in chat offcourse.
    So rest assured I'm looking for a solution to the azerty and different keyboard layouts.

    uhm can't you do this right now in the settings hotbuild tab ?

    press s button and make your hotbuild list.
    press d button and make your hotbuild list.
    press f button and remove hotbuild list.
    go to keyboard tab
    find idle fabber and enter f ?

    you can overlap with hotbuild keys that's why they have different colour outlines in the keyboard preview on hotbuild tab.

    so for example
    if under f hotbuild there is build scout you can also have find idle fabber.
    It should build a scout when you have a factory selected, and then find an idle fabber if not.
    Overlapping hotbuild keys and keys from keyboard tab could have funny effects tough so you have to experiment with it :)

    What I meant was - you know that earlier version of hotbuild, where you set hotbuild key 1, hotbuild key 2, etc. through 20?

    And then you could allocate those to keybindings?

    But you didn't have to remake the entire list if you decided you don't like it on s-key.

    That's what I mean.

    This can easily be done from the coherent debugger console.
    Something like hotbuildsettings.hotbuildglobalkey.hotbuild1s = "s"; If you are online when I'm home I'll talk you through it.


    I'm thinking that we need a basic (querty keyboard layout) and advanced (dropdown 1-20) layout maybe.
    So we can set hotbuild keys on funky keys and indeed change them around without having to change 2 lists.
