What's this mysterious "I'm going to do #1 from The List" stuff? Codeword for 'building orbital'? Did you make a list of things a team shouldn't forget to do as soon as possible in a match like t2 eco, orbital, nukes? Good idea. Though it seems that not committing enough buildpower to it meant the match ended before the spy sat was up.

I was wondering if you were not allowed to repair your commander, you kept raiding them early on with your commander and not any fabbers to repair the damage.. Any ways Great cast as always
If you are out of power you are better of building Laser Defense towers on your frontlines than Pelters. Without radar the Pelters are limited to vision range, which for Pelters in 100. A Laser has a vision of 130 and range of 120, so without radar the Lasers outrange the Pelters. The Laser also has a higher DPS and, unlike the Pelter, it doesn't use power to shoot.
Unfortunately, zaphod wanted to showcase and comment on (selfish) competitive play, not randomly anarchistic play, so you got thrown under the bus. Now you know. Play to win! don't play to inspire/entertain for your assumptions about what might make good play for gamesmanship sake. That said, you lasted longer than I likely would've. Nice show.
Unsolicited suggestion for the FFA, no defenses format: Mentioned this on TS but not sure if anyone forwarded..... Since adv bombers are so OP currently with fighter escort... Maybe allow missile turrets after 15 mins. Or missile turrets only in main base where commander is camped. Or some similar rule. Missile turrets will do little to nothing at all to stop land spam blobs, but might protect ok vs air snipe on a commander. This rule adjustment might force more usage vs camping of unit blobs. Just speculating...
I really have a lot of fun with no defence ruleset. I'm going to check if we can modify the buildbars with a mod this weekend. So we could add a restrictions option in the lobby. No Defense / No Nuke / No OP Bombers But off course this will be clientside only. But it will help for the gentleman's that forget that they play no defence ruleset
The forgetting aspect.. Lolz. He mentions that each time now, it seems. And every time someone either cops to it it, or demonstrates they forgot. Would be an awesome mod, yup. Combating human nature, hahaha. Very nice.
This was an awesome vid. The commander rushes on both sides went a bit wonky which was nice to see. When their commander from the west of your start walked past you I though he was going to go in to your base and wreck the place, could have tipped the game a bit. Even with all the miss-communication kikser carried you guys, good job
