At some point I'd like to get a lower tiered PM going with some of the newer guys that play. No offense to any of them, they're just not as experienced. I have a few ppl that would like to give it a shot but are very new, and it's probably not best to stick em up against top players, that way they come back.

I don't think there is Teapot+11 new players so when the time comes I would like to play support and guide them through it. Hopefully we have some vets also there to help teach new players.

I already have a new player I'm teaching(KonsoleLegend2) but I would like to teach another. Maybe teach someone tank as there's few tank players.

Low tier just means we don't have the top 3 of each class in the lobby all playing their main. I'd just prefer if we worked more with people like konsole, destruction, omerta, deeboythunder etc. Then there are some others like uncleownage and halkakum who have quite a bit on MNC experience but not much in privates.

I did find one guy in a pub who honestly wasn't all that great. We weren't versing anyone good either, but he's platinum in LoL, and only plays tank. He liked competitive games and will give PM's a shot.


Some other guys are coming from halo and its impossible to see which class they can handle if they're going up a team that will just stomp them.
