This might well of been asked before, but I'm getting concerned as I've not heard anything regarding this; Can someone tell me when those who ordered the Cosmic edition will get all the goodies?
The main thing I think they would need to finish is gathering planet names. I don't think that they have finished contacting people for those yet. ( At least I have yet to be contacted to submit my 2 names or I missed the message to do so).
I am convinced from gameplay that SOME of the names are already in, but I can't be certain. Doesn't hurt asking a dev or support@uberent.com. Anyway, the majority of the goods especially physical, will come with release. It looks promising considering they are teaming up with Nordic Games for a physical copy to be sold in physical stores.
One thing I've noticed, is that there seems to be peoples own planet names already in - though those are mostly crap and just names of people :/ None of the names I submitted are there, sadly
Some of them are crap and names of people. Others are crap and are weird memes or stuff. Very few are either subtle entertaining memes or cool sounding names of sci fi dialect.
The wait will all be worth it when you roll out a Progenitor Commander against a Steam buy-in and they wonder where you got it.
The backer-inspired names currently in the game are just some of the names supplied by early cosmic edition purchasers, I believe. None of the KS backers or later cosmic edition names are in there yet. I believe Neutrino posted a reply about this a few months ago.
Just be patient. All will arrive eventually. Since I opened a support ticket because of RL name and address change: In short once everything is ready Uber will be sending out e-mails to confirm the delivery info, shirt sizes and such. EDIT: typos
