I have built and launched all of the items for loading and unloading units to other planets but how do I "specifically" get them there???

I click on unload unit on the moon and nothing happens?

You first build a orbital launcher. Next build the transporter unit. Be careful not to take your commander right away because there might be some orbital fighters. Once you have the transporter loaded up you can either zoom out to find the other planet or hit the key to the right of the M key which is , to skip around planets. Once at desired planet unload ur unit there. Its not a instant load but if you look at solar system you will see ur unit slowly flying there. LEt me know if you need anymore help. I forget the name of the transporter . I know it starts with an A

You use the name of the Astraeus.

It's build by an Orbital Factory.

After building the Astraeus, select the Astraeus, and then select a fabricator or Commander. Then move the Astreus to another planet.

The Astraeus can only move the Commander and fabricators. Currently there isn't a way to move offensive units – that will be done through the Teleporter and Unit Cannon, which aren't in the game yet.

Unfortunately, even after having built the Astraeus and loaded it with an unit, i'm unable to move it to another planet ...
I was trying to move it to another planet by using M key and clicking on another planet but nothing happens, it just stays in orbit ...
    What can i do ?

Select Astraeus. Click load command (on right hand side), load a commander or a fabricator.

Navigate to another planet and right click to give a move command to get the Astraeus there.

Then click unload and select a location on the planet you are above.

It works - thanks to you all...

I am trying to build the boosters on the asteroid to send it into another planet but...

I have built about 6 of them and they just sit there. How do I tell the engines to turn on and target a planet???

Can I move a moon or does it have to be a small asteroid or something???
    thx

Check out this tutorial on how to smash the planet.

    http://pamatches.com/2013/how-to-destroy-planets-with-the-halley/

Make sure you have enough Halleys.

3 Halleys are needed to move a celestial body with a radius of 249 or less.
25 Halleys are needed to move a celestial body with a radius of 250 to 349
Celestial bodies with a radius of 350 or greater cannot be moved by Hallyes
