Unplayable games fps very low

Graphics cards : ati 5850 hd

processor : intel(R) Core(TM) i7 CPU 870 --- 2.93GHz

Ram : 6 go

os : windows-seven 64 bits

Fps very low on quite option schedules of games(sets)

and i noticed my Graphic card runs at 0% in-game

problem has been half solved when i not launch it through steam

You should also try playing on smaller planets, lower your graphics settings, and play on systems with fewer planets.
