When i start up planetary annihilation from steam everything is fine. However when i am in the game there is no blue arrow showing. To clarify this i mean the blue arrow you see as you move your mouse over to click accept to the agreement the fact that this game is in beta and you may encounter bugs crashes etc in the game. Or the blue arrow you see when you wish to select settings. I managed to get in a solo game however with the blue arrow it was practicly impossible to select my commander (i only found out about the way to select the commander with a hotkey later). If the blue arrow is no longer in the game i apoligise for wasting everyone's time. If it is in fact a bug i hope you will be able to fix it. I will follow this post and if the Developers need more info post a reply and i will give you my email adress.

    kind regards,

    stormwarrior 13 (Justin)

Could you provide your DxDiag.txt and provide info about your system?

Not everyone has this, though I vaguely remember this being a known Linux issue...

SXX will know more than me about this stuff.

Can you please check my signature and upload your DxDiag.txt.

Also as temporary workaround you can try to run game in windowed mode, most likely cursor will appear.

Playing in windowed mode did indeed solve the problem. As for my system specs i dont have them lying around so i will look for them. One thing i do know is that its a 64- bit.

You just need to use DxDiag tool which collect all required information about your hardware and drivers. Instruction is in my signature.

You can as well check following video how-to:
