It crash when I tried to open it, instead getting the "it's not working" error popup. I'm not really a tech savvy, so please help. What to do?
How much do you know about your computer? What computer do you have ? windows or mac.. What version of windows do you have? if you have windows xp, vista, or 7, here is a video on how to make a DxDiag.txt. If you can please make a DxDiag.txt and attach in a post here on forum. Most of time it's out-dated driver for video card making the game crash or give error. DxDiag.txt will tell me what graphics card you have and how old driver is. Posting the DxDiag.txt as an attachment will help me, I can then post link to update driver or give better help in finding a fix for your issue.
