I just bought the game off of Steam yesterday and the game won't open. I know people have been having the same issue and the dxdiag file is uploaded below. I don't know what I would be looking for to fix it, or if it even can be fixed. Thanks in advance for anyone that can be of assistance.
You have outdated drivers: Code: Card name: ATI Radeon HD 4350 Driver Date/Size: 4/29/2009 01:13:18, 2391552 bytes Download and install latest drivers from AMD website: http://support.amd.com/en-us/download/desktop/legacy?product=legacy2&os=Windows Vista - 64
Also even with latest drivers you might met issues with mouse cursor in fullscreen: PA#2098 I'm recommend you to play in windowed mode to avoid the problem.
