Did you check the uber Store for your purchase??

Your purchase history and stuff will be there, and so will your game key.

If your purchase was unsuccessful you will not have a purchase history.

If you purchased and were charged and have no Purchase history in the Uber Store, then contact customer cupport..
I suggest you have a receipt handy from your cardholders account if the transaction went through but you received nothing..

the moment you click "buy now", it directs you to either create a new account or log in with an existing.

I think it requires an account to make the purchase. Either way, I agree, support@uberent.com is who you need to contact, and also find a copy of your transaction history from the bank site to show Uber. If they see they have your money, they will probably from what I understand either manually process your order or give you the money into your forum account to use in the store to try the purchase again.

I agree, customer support is your best bet if you can't find your key..
But it's thanks-giving holidays so it may take a day or 2 before your support ticket is answered.
