When trying to run game Beta Build: 57449 getting "pa.exe stop working"

Can't seem to get the game working. I have Win7 64bit build 7601 sp1.
Getting "pa.exe stop working" error when trying to run Beta Build: 57449.

Any help please?

Same issue here. Got the Beta invite, downloaded the game and can't play it.

First off - are you positive your video drivers are up to date? Upload a copy (please don't copy/paste) your dxdiag.txt. That's the first debug step.

If your video drivers are older than about a year, there's a high likelyhood you'll run into problems.

And if you not able to fix issue on your own please get your DxDiag.txt as explained in my signature and upload it here on forum.

How do i update my video drivers?

You have really outdated drivers:

You need to install generic drivers from AMD website:
http://support.amd.com/en-us/download/mobile?os=Windows 7 - 64
First try to download and run "AMD Mobility Radeon™ Driver Verification Tool". If it's give you drivers to install just use them.

If it's say that your hardware isn't compatible you need do that:

1. Backup important information from laptop.
2. Download and install "Latest Beta Driver" from same page.

Usually generic drivers don't cause any problems, but I'm recommend back backups anyway.

Yeah I tried that. I get the attached error.
Going to try the beta.

This is pretty strange, post here about results of Beta driver installation.

Also if it's failed try to remove existing version of Catalyst though Windows Control Panel and then try to install latest beta again.

Luckily Windows 7 is a champ and it just restored my old drivers.

So I tried it today just to see if there was an update to the game and.....bam!
It works!
Not sure why but it works now. Played against the AI and it was great.
