Hey, I've been trying to play PA for at least 10 times with even the lowest graphics, and every time I start a new game everything looks fine, than after a few minutes the game freeze and I cant even shut it down. Please help! thanks...
You have a bit outdated drivers: Code: Card name: ATI Radeon HD 3850 Driver Date/Size: 11/16/2012 22:49:04, 1081856 bytes As long as I know most recent drivers help with freezes for some players: http://support.amd.com/en-us/download/desktop/legacy?product=legacy2&os=Windows 7 - 64 Also there is known problem with AMD legacy driver installer so it's might not install latest drivers properly. Try to remove existing Catalyst though Windows Control Panel and only then try to install latest drivers.
Problems with bandwidth can't log your OS. Actually you have GPU hang and I don't sure if you can do anything with it. There was two people wh0 have this problem on HD3XXX GPUs and I think both of them just decide to buy new hardware.
