Okay if this won't fix crash please do that.

    Open this directory:
    C:\Users\ YOUR_WINDOWS_USERNAME \AppData\Local\Uber Entertainment\Planetary Annihilation\log\
And upload *.txt log files from here on forum.

Can you please upload this crash dump file?
    C:\Users\Taylor\AppData\Local\Temp\d9ee95c5-7ddc-45f8-a9da-13a4eebb0f5a.dmp
Pack it into ZIP archive and then attach on forum.

Are you running any "Stardock" software ?
WindowsBlinds or Patched Uxtheme.dll for skinning windows?

Thanks. Please try to do this:
    1. Right-click on the "Planetary Annihilation" under the Library in Steam and select Properties.
    2. Under the General tab click the Set launch options... button.
    3. Enter "--software-ui" into form and click OK.
    4. Close the game's Properties window and launch the game.
Post here if it's crashed again or not.

hmmm, not sure what the issue is.
SXX may be able to find the issue, he is the master of PA crash fixing :)

The developers should be online in about 6-8 hours too, if we can't solve the issue i will point it out to the dev's to see if they may might know what the issue is.

    Thanks for testing that.

I'm mostly sure you met Coherent crash, unfortunately there is still no way to redirect more Coherent logs into game logs. When devs will be online I'll ask them if there any way to gather more debug information easily.

Also if you have some free time you can as well try to do that:
    1. Create new administrative user in Windows and login using it.
    2. Try to disable every service you see in system tray as well as stop every non-system process though task manager.
    3. Try to run PA though launcher.
Some software might make PA crash, unfortunately there is no list of such programs.
