Game crashes on first load, please help.

    Dxdiag, attached it has system settings in it.

    It just crashes and gives no error.

    Your problem is this:
    Code:
    Card name: Mobile Intel(R) 4 Series Express Chipset Family
    Unfortunately this game won't work with onboard (integrated into motherboard) graphics cards.
    Nothing can be done about that, this hardware just too old and slow.

    I call bullcrap, otherwise i woudnt be able to play planetside 2 which is 10x more demanding that planetary annihilation, you just cant be bothered to support it. Get some support for this. if Latest MMO's support it then some strategy game can.


    And if your not gonna provide a Support for this chipset, then i want a full refund, i wont be buying a new laptop just for one game, when my laptop runs every other game i have or want.

    RTS games are always was much more demanding to hardware than MMOs, so there is no surprise.

    I'm have no idea what developers want to support in future, but at moment this game use tons of features which isn't supported by this onboard GPU and Intel drivers for it.
    Forum it's wrong place to ask about refunds.

    First off, don't be a deck to people that are trying to help you. There are tons of people on this forum that help other players on a voluntary basis and have no affiliation with Uber Entertainment. Secondly, your integrated graphics do not meet the minimum requirements to run the game. If it sounds like I'm a little bit miffed about your response because it is rude especially when on their own time trying to help you. Thirdly, if you purchase a game and your hardware does not support its that's your fault. Also give the exact model number.
