I found a bug with metal extractors.

It's actually possible to build a metal extractor and an advanced one on the same metal spot at the same time.

Is that normal ? Can't find info on that issue on the forum.

Not in water but I just see that someone report it before in "FS#2127 - Built 2 Adv Metal Extractors on same metal node" (sorry can't yet post links)

It is intended for now. Might change later so that it actually looks good.

I like the way it looks personally...just 3 pistons instead of 1 or 2

i thought it is supposed to be that way, pretty much an upgrade-kinda from basic to advanced mex, you still have to build it ontop of your basics...

if it currently stacks so basic and advanced produce metal there might be a problem, balance wise.
it might be that they stick to that way, but in a way that the basic mex stops producing metal at all... so it is just visual like, what i really like
