Can you please attach these to the next post :)

    A copy of your DxDiag.txt
    [IMG]

And a copy of your most recent log file too.
    C:\Users\"YourUserName"\AppData\Local\Uber Entertainment\Planetary Annihilation\log\PA-00-00-00.000.txt
"Click sort by date so the most recent one is at the top, And post that one here."

Usually the issue is caused by a video card driver that is out of date or too old for PA to use.
If you know what model Video card you have, try going to the vendors site (ATI, nVidia, or Intel) and download a newer driver.
if your not sure i can assist you in finding one to suit your system , once you post the DxDiag.txt file i will be able to find one specific for your system :)

if its a new pc im guessing your running Window 8.

    to get the DxDiag.txt file.
    goto start (charmbar)
bring up the all apps bar
    click all apps
at the end of the list is a part called "Windows Accessories"
    click the Run icon
    a box appears
type dxdiag in the box that popped up.
    press run or hit enter.
when DxDiag pops up wait for it to finish analyzing your system
then click the "Save all information.. " button.
save the file to your desktop (easier to find then)
then when you post a reply here, attach the DxDiag.txt from the desktop :)
