Hi, I have some troubles to install Planteray Annihilation. Indeed, I try yesterday to download all the files with the launcher, but I stop him because it was too long for me. I try again today, but now, the launcher didn't want to download any files. Thus, I have no game files in the Planetary Folder. I join my Launcher log and I hope, it can help you. In fact, there is an error 3368 inside. I don't know what is it... Thanks for your help, See you, Lange
Yes, I have but it's the same. I add a screenshot of a folder for example. When I used the launcher, I download just 402 MB of files. But the download is not over. And when I launched again the software, it tried to download something but without success. I have install Microsoft Net framework 4.5.
This might be some problem with writing permissions on "Program Files". Can you try to move "Planetary Annihilation" folder somewhere on you desktop and try to run launcher again?
I try again, but it's the same. It's very strange... When i delete the folder and install again, the launch bar is half loaded when I start for the first. I think my computer believe that there are already PA files. Now you can see what I mean.
It's really strange. Can you try to wait before launcher finish "download" and check if there "Play" button available?
Also if launcher checking integrity and it's looks like files are there this might mean that files actually there. Probably you have some issue with your Windows installation, but at moment I can say what you can check.
Have you see the log file? Because there are an error at the end... EDIT : So, I download the launcher with an other computer. And I copy the planetary annihilation folder in my main computer. Then, now it's work fine! Thanks for listenning and see you on the game.
